Just noticed yesterday on my 2016 CTS-V that the CUE screen appears to be badly scratched on the inside....at least it looks scratched. Cleaned the outside of the screen but whatever the problem is, it definitely is on the inside. Anyone else having the dilemma? Car is still under warranty and I haven't been to see the dealer yet.

That's a new one I haven't heard before. Any chance you've got a screen protector and it's scratched or dirty underneath? (I have a glass screen protector on my unit for fear of scratching it.)

Thanks for the replies. Checked with my handy dandy local dealer and apparently this is a known problem mostly shows up in dark cars in the South....due to the interior heat if parked outside. Our car is rarely parked outside but has recently been parked in the sun...go figure. It is a warranty issue and apparently because it is a known problem, GM extends the warranty coverage also.

Oy, almost want to go park my black V outside in the sun to get this issue out of the way. Of course that only makes sense if there is an actual FIX, not just a replacement with a unit with the same issue. Anybody know if GM made an improvement with the replacement units?
