ok on a 94 4.9l sdv were is the fuel pump i was hoping it would be the problem ,,,, when i pull out from a stop and lay into it it sounds like inside the cabine is a grinding/chuggin sound almost like if u put a heavy bolt in a 2l bottle n shook it for about 2 seconds and it does it other times as well like when you go to merge or something if any one has any idea of what this problem may be let me know cuz this has me stumped as of what it is :nono:

but the thing is i doubt it would be the infamous main bearing thump but idk ... never heard it before....

First... your fuel pump is in the tank and it cannot make that kind of sound. Any bottled water in the cabin? No kidding. I know several cases when people forgot something in the cabin or trunk and could not find the problem.
If you hear the sound only under acceleration I would assume your exhaust lines hit the body and make that terrible grinding sound. How are you motor mounts? Open the hood and powerbrake the car in gear (increase RPM in D or R and keep the left foot on the brake pedal FIRMLY). Watch the motor from the driver seat. It should not move more than about 1/2". Checking thing on a hoist (powerbraking carefully) while someone watching th eexhaust lines etc. is the best. It was the only way I could finde the point my exhaust pipe hit a braket under body.

No, engine mounts would noy cause loss of power... Is there any corellation with left or right turns? Is it possible your flywheel hits something?

Sounds like a trans internal problem, possibly a slipping or damaged hard part inside the trans.
Most tranny shops will road test it and give you an idea of what you are looking at for cheap or free.
Dealership will charge you for a diagnostic most likely.

you can drain no more than 6 QTS despite full capacity is 8 QTS.
The factory sevice manuals are available on ebay all the time for less than $20 Dexron III is fine. Pan bolts -10 lbs.ft.
How many miles on the clock?

Servicing a trans with an internal problem is not much of a fix.
Flushing is good, but with high mileage and no history, it might be what finally allows this thing to let go.
Trans services are easy but you sure can make a mess if you are unfamiliar with it. I'd take it someplace and have it done.

If you could take this car somewhere and just let someone drive it and give you an indication of what might be wrong you could really save yourself some trouble.
