Fuel door release switch

I NEED HELP lol !!!! I can't open the fuel door !!! There must be a disfuctionnal fuse somewhere and when i check in my book it says in the "LH MAXI FUSE BLOCK - CIRCUIT BREAK 3" ... where is that ?! I would really appreciate your help !! Thanks a lot in advance !!

Under the hood, under the plastic panel on the left as I recall.

FYI, there's also one in the trunk on the backside of the rear seat.

Everything's fine ... my fuel door had a problem and i fixed it ! Thanks for your help anyway !!
