Anyone feels that our Escalades front seats are too firm? Hurts my thighs sometimes...or is it just me? I got the Kona one...

Both my 2014 Mercedes and my 2015 Escalade have firm seats which are more firm than I would like.

the platinum has lumbar, side bolster, thigh and neck adjustment for the driver seat. the passenger seat has lumbar, side bolster and neck adjustment minus the thigh. I'm sure the luxury or premium would have the similar adjustment albeit not as detailed as the platinum to help with seat comfort.

I find the seats not near as comfortable as my 2012 where. The new ones are too firm and the seating area is shaped different.

I like the shape and fit of the new seats, but yes they are way to firm. And how about the head rest? Push your head back into that thing. It's rock hard.

With all the problems we are having with the transmission and sound/booming/ pressure, and electronics. Think I'm at my wits end with this 2015i it's just worth the aggravation anymore.

After 8 yrs in 3 MB GL's ...believe me, the escalade seats and leather quality are distinctly an improvement! Enough of a "firmness" to satisfy the Euro market, BUT not as hard as the WV Touareg or the MB GL.
