I'm not aware of any place you can find a free FSM. You can do a short subscription at alldatadiy.com to get access to the FSM in digital format, you can probably find knock-off / pirated copies elsewhere online, or you can buy the hard copy manual from helminc.com. (Looks like the 2007 version is gone, but you can still get the 2006.)

I bought a couple on flea bay. I didn't pay much -- and I wasn't expecting much -- but I got most if not all the info in PDF format. It was definitely worth it for the wiring diagrams alone. If you're interested, let me know and I can send you a link to the ones I bought. After I paid, the seller sent me a link to a file on Dropbox.
