I have a set of the forgestar f14s. 19x9 up front and 19x10 out back. For tires I'm simply running stock v2 tires, 255/40 19 front and a 285/35 19 rear. Literally pulled off a v2. Anyone else running similar wheel/tire setups? Asking because I'm curious on lowering and I wanna know if I'm going to just have to go with coils to get hight right. I don't know if the spring kits will be too much drop with this set up. Thanks!

My setup is 19x8.5 and 19x9.5. Not forgestars, but the following may help you some if you drop the car. I run KW Var 3 coil overs.

For my needs I'm going with a totally different wheel set up. 19x9 square and 255/40R19.

I've tried 245/35R19, 245/40R19 both on the front, and 305/30R19, 285/30R19, 265/35R19 and 275/40R19.

How well they fit is determined by the backspacing. I have to run a 15mm spacer up front and no spacer in the rear.

Best setup I've had so far is 245/40R19 and 275/35R19.

Remember to stick as close to 26.7" diameter of the OEM tires as possible, unless you adjust the tune and vss pulses per mile to maintain speedometer accuracy and keep the traction control from going nuts.

At 26.9" and 27" your right on the line of what the TC will keep happy. ~3% I believe is the maximum without adjustment.

To achieve the best fittment info search for will they fit.com. They have good information on how to determine fit, clearances etc.

I'm at 14.1" or 36CM at the moment and found when I was lower than the 245/40R19 and 265/35R19 combo fit nicely, looked great and had zero clearance issues.
