One 1985 Cadillac Sedan de Ville, blue in color. Loaded; only options missing are sunroof, Bose stereo, and any form of driver's seat recline.

Body is in excellent shape (metallic paint still metallic and shiny, body damage consists of one barely visible, <3cm door dent, and a small area of chipped paint on the driver's fender from a jeans rivet).
Interior in good condition, far less-than-normal wear for a vehicle this age. Driver's seat worn, but no rips or tears. Front armrests have atypical splits along fake vinyl "seam".

Engine is in extremely good condition, compression tests at 140 on all 8 cylinders. Odometer reads 190,000km (110,000mi). Car got me an average of 27MPG on my last few (very high speed) long highway trips. Currently has a minor oil and coolant leak. I say minor because I only need to top up the oil a couple times a year. The rest of the mechanical, from transaxle to wheels, is in very good condition.

Now, the brutal honest part:
This car has some electrical gremlins which I can't get rid of. It works fine despite them, but it is an old car and one problem crops up after another. I needed a more reliable ride to work, as I just started having an 80km round trip to work every day, so I recently leased a 2006 Grand Prix.

I am asking $1000 CAD for this car. I hope someone here can find a good home for it.

I might be interested, Could you email me more pictures possibly, especially of the interior? My email address is [email protected]. Can you explain more about the electrical gremlins? Does the AC work? Where is the coolant leak internal or external? I'm always up fer giving a Caddy a nice comfy home! Rest assured she'd get good treatment :) I'd have more Caddies if I could afford 'em all! I wouldn't mind using something like this as a daily driver so I can always be riding in a Caddy.
