I barely got this car and one complaint is its too quiet to shift by ear which I find necessary in certain situations, I've already had a few semi-close calls of nearly rear ending a car as my I was eying the RPM gauge
so I see an ad as I'm about to get my oil change for a pretty good deal for a flowmaster installation and wanted to know if anyone had any opinions on getting one
Thanks

I went ahead and got it, it sounds a bit louder, not too loud which I like, with a nice deep sound
definitely helped a bit with hearing the shifts but I didnt have the radio on, I'll check it out more later

You don't need to shift by ear, once you get used to the car you'll figure out the shift points without having to hear it. You'll also get quicker at glancing at the tach.
