I am considering buying a kit but a little concerned about the task of fitment. Can anyone with experience maybe answer my question. Do the kits have the 3M tape fixed to both the horizontal and vertical sides of each section? If this is the case, I am envisaging difficulties in getting a first time accurate alignment and fixing.

The fit is very good and you would almost have to intentionally get them on wrong. They attach with 3m tape. Very nice upgrade

I did buy extra roll of 3m tape from Homedepot just in case before I put them on. Looking forward to warmer day to put them on with alcohol wipe prep

It's fool proof. I had the same concerns. It literally took 10min. Most of it was spent peeling the protective film off the 3m tape.
