Posted this on ***************....but I'll show some love over here too!

Finished up my first detail on the V tonight. I now have every scratch, knick and dent memorized! Started with the clay bar followed by Menzerna intensive polish, Menzerna final polish II, Menzerna finishing glaze, Meguiars NXT wax and finally sealed it with Blackfire sealant. Probably took a total of 20 hours but it was worth it! I will get some outside pics if the rain holds off this weekend...

For the reflection....

More to come in the future...

Looks good! I agree a CRAP load of work but worth it for the payoff!

Strong work! :yup:

My car needs this badly. When Spring arrives, I'm gonna buy the Griot's kit (to include polisher) and have at it. Thanks for sharing!

nice work! I plan to do that this spring. I have a PC 7424 + Menzerna Intensive Polish PO 91E to cut + Menzerna Polishes PO85RD to bring it back up + Menzerna FMJ for sealant.

will post pics when it happens.

wish I had that garage space!

I love the Menzerna intensive polish. My only complaint is that its a B**** to get all of the little specs out of every nook and cranny. I spent a good amount of time taping and wrapping this time, but its inevitable.

Another +1 for the Menz 91 and 85rd. Great products. I followed up the polishing with Poorboys EX sealant and Pinnacle Souveran Paste wax on mine.

Good deal, I just recently bought a Griot's RO (similar to the PC) and started doing detailing on the side using Zaino polishes, here's my first couple clients:

335i was washed, clayed, Zaino AIO, Z5, Z6, Z2, Z6, Z5 and Z18.

A4 was just a wash, clay and Zaino AIO...great daily driver application.
