Hello all. Sorry I did some digging and got tired of looking. So....I want to find a newer model HU for my EXT. I have an 04 model. Looking for touchscreen nav unit.
1.) The vehicle was pretty much stripped of all numbers. No door tags and no glove box stickers.
How do I find out the type of HU I have?
2.) Once I find out (If I find out). How will I know which type is compatible?
I have seen HU's for sale in lots of places but... there is always that clause "check with the dealer" or whatever just in case its not compatible. Unfortunately, I tried calling the dealer here and they have NO CLUE as to what I am even talking about. I guess I live somewhere that no one bothers. Any help would be appreciated.
