Are face plates inter-changable on the NAV units...there is a NAV unit on ebay with a wood grain however I dont have wood finish on my unit...is there a way to change them out?

They are held on by tabs around the perimeter, then two connectors on flat-flex for connecting the buttons to the Nav. The actual screen stays attached to the Nav and is not swapped. As far as I know, they're all interchangeable. I've swapped a pewter '03 faceplate with a '05 Onyx (black) faceplate. They're physically identical other than the color.

I swapped faceplates this evening. As Ody said they are held on by tabs around the perimeter, then two connectors on flat-flex for connecting the buttons to the Nav. I took some pictures if anyone else was curious.
