I have a 2003 3.2 liter. I am getting a v exhaust soon, but have been reading a better idea would be use the 3.6 exhaust tubing with the V mufflers for performance and sound. I am having trouble finding a 3.6 exhaust close to me, so would it be possible to have the muffler shop make me a set of bent pipes that are the same diameter as a 3.6 exhaust, and then put the v mufflers on the end of those?? I dont know much about exhausts, so any advice would be nice. Thanks.

i don't see why you can't do that...a proficient exhaust guy should be able to make a whole system for you, should you want it.

i think the issue you might have is the resonator. does the 3.6 use a single resonator? 2-in-2 out?

i have a stock 3.2 exhaust sitting in my back yard that someone can have if they need it. i don't know if the resonator's are different from the 3.2 to 3.6. if they aren't you might be able to use this resonator, have the pipes bent, use the v mufflers (probably need adapting from 2-2.5) then use the v-tips. man what a hack job. may work out decent though, should you have all the parts already...

probably want to double check everything i just said.
