Ewill3rd help on lights

A question for Ewill3rd--When using the #1 key fob, my headlights only work correctly in auto lights mode. If I put the wiper stalk to rainsense, the headlights come on after 6 seconds, but with high beams on--cannot dim. Also, if turn auto lights off and manually turn on lights, only get high beams--cannot dim to low beams. If I use my wifes key fob (#2), the lights work correctly in all modes. Ever seen this problem before--my dealer is stumped. Thanks
