European key fob

Hi guys,
I have only one key fob for my CTS, maybe the other one was lost by the former owner.
So I have two keys and one key fob.

I'm searching to buy another one and my question is if I could programme it by myself.

Second question is where I can find the part I need, because I know that frequencies are different from US / EU.

Did you try to search Amazon or e-bay?

I think you need a Tech-2 computer to program it so no way around going to a good and equipped mechanic.

Yes but without success regarding the right frequency.
