Last night on my way to the club as Im speeding up to merge on the freeway, I guess I catch the eye of an high priced ricer in my completely stock 95 ETC he maybe caught a glance at my three screen and figured this isn't the normal grandpa (Im 19). The only mods I have are not speed related and add a good 200 lbs.
Well anyway it was a yellow one which appear to be stock, so me being a former ricer was interested how the AWD turbo sedan would do agaist the Luxury crusier, so throw a few excelleration burst at him to get his attention which it did basically we went from about 75 to about 130ish about 3 times, with the same outcome me pulling a car at first then him slowly gaining ground and at about 125 me pulling away again and leaving him. All in all it was nicely quick for a car know for its speeds down low. but pretty dissapoiting for a car running 19+psi. My eclipse would of put a mean hurting on it, but anyways chalk another up in the win column.

P.S. Also on the street I put a whippin on a stock WRXfrom a 35mph roll put figured that was nothing compared to this one.

I don't know WHAT you're smokin' guys. The new EVO is a low 13 second car with a sub 5-second 0-60 time and a top end in excess of 150mph. Believe me when I tell you that the car you "raced" was NOT a new EVO.

Well you can take your 4G63 block, I had 4 different ones in less than 3,500 miles and a little over a years time. I will NEVER own a Mitsu again. If AWD 4G63 is what you want purchase a 1st gen DSM for about $2500, and you could get it to run 12's for even less.

The articles I've read do indicate that the EVO runs out of steam in runs to 100mph or over. But in those articles "runs out of steam" was in comparison to MUCH faster cars than a Cadillac. Im guessing this was just a plain-old Lancer you raced.

This what wows me some people swear they know everything and others know jack. I think I am smart enough to tell a certain model of a car. Remeber I used to be a rice boy and I know every Japanese import. This one feature new dealer plates giant wing 17's and the triple beam projector and ugly euro look taillights they come with. The reson the car is sub 0-60 I can not stress this enough, is because of the AWD traction the trap speed is not that high, also looking at the high speed test it not anything a Northstar would have gobbs of problems handling.
But I have nothing to prove and don't really care if a nobody to me doesn't believe me

Dude I know what happen plain and simple, an EVO is a rally influence vehicle where top speed is far from its strong points. And saying your modified fleetwood could eat mystock weighted down ETC isn't saying much I gurrantee 3 mods would have you eat your own word chip, intake and exhaust. Also paper numbers even track slip never scare me from a race different elements have different results.
Ummm, EVO's sure do taste good I wonder what big headed fleetwood owner's taste like?

The quarter: 13.4 @ 103.0 mph
Top Speed: 155 mph
Sorry dude there is no way on gods green earth that your ETC beat a Evo. I have seen many kids in our area that modify their Lancers with Evo bodykits and rebadge them. Looking at them it looks like an Evo when it is not. As for you beating Katshots Fleetwood with just a chip, CAI and exhaust...lol! Your a funny guy! Also had some nitrous better tires, and some good luck and then maybe you might keep up with him. But you have the 2nd slowest Caddy car that they have made in the past few years, only the CTS is slower. And as for being an ex-ricer and knowing about every japanese import, well then let me test your import skills and tell me what car this is.

"a northstar", im probably gonna offend some people here, but a northstar is NOT the type of engine I would want in a performance car. If I was looking for performance I wouldnt have bought a Cadillac, if you were looking to race EVO's you REALLY shouldn't have bought a Cadillac. As far as you being dumb, I never said you were, but its hard for me to believe that you beat a car with virtually the same power and 3/4 the weight of yours.
