Hey guys, can't seem to find the answer anywhere. I just bought two platinum lades both ESV. Great cars but I can't seem to figure one of them out. The 2019 had no issues and a few weeks later started giving me electrical issues with the keyfob. The key fob opens and closes the doors but it does not recognize in the car, when trying to open the door it won't read the fob. Inside the car starts but says keyfob error and if I leave car while it's running it will give a one of those beeps like the key is missing. Anyone know what it could be. It does this with both keys.
Also I have cup coolers of heaters in the 2017 anyone know how to turn it on?

Where did you get the rear screens? Could you take pictures of them during the daytime and show how it attaches to the front headrest. I would like to see if there is a gap when the headrest is shut. I would like to see it from the opposite side on the monitor.

They have some models that have longer brackets & sit higher. I purchased it on Amazon

13.3" Upgrade Android 10 Car Headrest Video Players with 2.4G/5G Dual Brand WiFi, Dual Rear Seat TV Monitors Can Sync Screens, IPS Touch Screen 4K Tablets, HDMI Out/in Bluetooth FM USB-KK133SC https://a.co/d/efknkcM

They work great 👍 I put the one with higher brackets They sorta cover the old screen.

There is a half inch gap and it's flat to the headrest.

Have you tried changing the batteries in the fobs? The thing with the Escalade is once the battery goes low in the vehicle or keys, problems present themselves. I would try that first and see if that fixes the issue for you. There's also the disconnect the battery trick to reset the vehicle system and see if that solves your problems.

As for the heated/cooled cup holders, I don't believe this is a feature on our gen Escalade. I know it was there previously, but think we lost this with our gen. I could be wrong, so maybe a Platinum owner can chime in.

Beautiful rides though and congrats! Sync the time on those tablets.

The remote is brand new just had it cut and programmed, both have similar issue. I'll try to disconnect the battery 🔋

Thanks.

P.s. the cup holder question is because my older one has a metal bottom where the cup holders are, new one doesn't. No idea if it has feature to cool or heat the cup. I watched a YouTube video with someone saying it does that.
