Escalade radio ~ 2004

The radio in my truck works great but all the buttons are worn off. Is it possible to get new buttons? Don't want to replace a working radio but it looks bad...? Any ideas?

You can get new buttons but they are insanely expensive usually. Find a used HU and swap the buttons or have someone do it.
