Any guidance to setup Alexa in a 2021 XT4? I keep getting error CLI-101. Called OnStar and they are not any help.

After a lot of troubleshooting, I have narrowed the problem down to the user profile.

So is there any fix? I don't want to switch to guest profile for it to work.
