Yeah it's not going to work so much like that only options you got are probably the 2.0 and the 2.5 and maybe the 3.6 depending if engine mounts are in the same area. Even if you sawp it your going to need some sort of ecm that came with that engine and harness and probably alot of little things I think ur best bet is just looking for another 2.5 sorry to hear about your motor what happend to it.
There's information about what vehicles use the 2.5L engine. Note that all of those applications are going to have some differences, particularly for FWD vs RWD. You'd have to do your homework to figure out what those differences are and whether or not you could buy an engine from a Canyon or Acadia or whatever and make it work in your car.
Just wondering if Mishimoto and ZZP are the only two options out there as far as a catch can kit go? I see ZZP is out of stock and only runs a one can setup (which I would prefer over the dual that Mishimoto has).
