anyone know if a 2003 northstar engine and transmission combo will fit in a 1994 Seville SLS? If a 2003 won't fit how about a 1998 combo? Didn't the sevilles undergo a redesign in 1999?

dealer tells me the 1994 engine has a different part number than 1995, 1996 +

93-94 had a different intake set-up.95-99 engines are pretty much the same. 00+ engines have lower compression to run on regular. The Seville redesign came in 1998.

so it sounds like the engine mounts and the connection to the transaxle are the same?

Then a swap would be possible?
