Not sure if this is the correct section, but here goes.
Im looking to get my cats cut out. Now my main concern is will it throw a cel?
If so, does anyone know of any kits to trick the system into reading the voltages between the o2 sensors without throwing codes? Or even the resistance values?
Also, should i even be considering this or is there a better alternative? im pretty sure my cats are plugged right up.

it will throw a CEL if you do nothing.

There are probably a few people on this forum who will sell you their stock cats 9those who have headers, or high flow cats) that you can bolt right in and have no problems.

I have had my test pipes between stock mani's and corsa cat-back for at least five months now with no code. I am also cammed FWIW.

If you have done a cam then odds are you have had your car tuned, and the O2 CEL codes were disabled...

if not then you have some interesting things going on, cause without the cats, your rear O2's should be setting codes saying your cats are fried

I agree, not cats or cam will cause a light, when tuned they can turn off the nag codes.
