Hello would like to thank everyone in advance for their help!!!
Okay so my ELC is not working on my 1997 4.6 L North Star deville
My question is I know that the relay is whine the rear seat in the relay compartment blocks I just don't know which relay it is or any of them are for that matter but I have checked the coil continuity on two of the blocks, I will call from the drivers side 1st block going toward the passenger side which I'll call the 4th block which only looks like 2 relays in it!!
I will check continuity in coil for all relays but would like to fully test the elc relay but would rather narrow the results down???
Thank you very muh for any input

Unfortunately they do not pin point the relays behind the seat in these years. Not even in fsm is there a diagram. They tell you a bank but thats it. Stupid as hell. I had a few identified but cannot find the picture I had labeled on. About the only way to find them (i have dome this) is to identify what color wores goto relay you need.

Thanks for the update. From this spring's suspension - level control - problem threads it looks like 11 - 15 years is the inspection and overhaul interval.
