Anyone know EXACTLY where the EBCM (or anti lock brain) is located on a 1993 Deville?

Left front corner, if I remember correctly. Follow the brake lines from the master cylinder to it.

Thanks for reply Ranger! I thought it was under the dash somewhere in the interior. Does the EBCM actually have brake lines routed to it? I thought it was just electronic that perhaps had a plug in connector from the Hydraulic control unit itself.

It is electronic and hydraulic. It controls the ABS brake pulsation (and T/C if so equipped).
EBCM = Electronic Brake Control Module
EBTCM = Electronic Brake and Traction Control Module
