I own a 1989 cadillac sedan deville 109000 original miles one owner. The power locks do not work but the power windows do???? The map lights overhead do not work either nor do the visor vanity mirror lights??? The other thing is I just put a $400 new ac system in and it still blows warm air. any help would be greatly appreciated other than that I love this car!

Check The Yellow 20 Amp Fuse Marked Body Fuse. Usually A Coin Or Tin Foil Will Be In A Lighter Socket, Blowing The Fuse. Ck All Lighter Sockets, Also If Fuse Is In Fact, Blown. Ck The Wiring Under The Dash Ash Tray, It Moves Back And Forth As The Ash Tray Is Pulled Out Then Back In, Possiby A Bare Wire?
