I've been seeing this Lincoln LS "dub edition" around the neighborhood and I want to race this guy next time I run into him.. how should my 94 Eldo stack up against it?

I'm not entirely sure what a Dub edition is, however if the car is on 20s that will only slow it down. Stock for stock, you're a mid-high 14 second car, he's well into the 15s if it's an LS8, and even slower if it's an LS6.

Well i've done a exhaust job on the Eldo.. I'm not sure if he has one, although I doubt it. Good to hear I can take him.. I was thinking I probably could since the Eldo is a 2 door but these cars are so heavy I wasn't sure. Can't wait to run into him again. :lildevil:

I think you will be able to take him no problem. Tell us when you ask him about it!

About the underlining, its the intellitext. Run the mouse over it, and when the box pops up go to "What's this" and it will link you to a page. At the bottom of the page click on Disable.

I raced a V8 LS in my 95 Deville Concours. I am on 20s, and I beat him. Not landslide or pulling away hard, just a nice slow steady pull away. He was on stocks.

Have you been to the turbocharger page? There are some things that are about to happen with my good ol' 4.9 liter, so wait for a little while longer and see what I have under the hood of the Seville

Hey bro! I pop in every once in a while... there's nothing I can contribute anymore to the 4.9 section! You've got it on lock down! Plus, I scrapped my Seville. Search the FWD Deville section for "1995 Concours pics". I posted a couple weeks ago. I drive a 95 Concours black on black with 20s and Magnaflows! I've been keeping up with your turbo build, and I must say very nice work. I like what's going on! For now, I will take that race... in half a year... naw, I'm good. I ran a 13.19 in the 1000' in the Dev with 20s. Will put stocks on for next run. Look at my pics and PM me.

I guess my 12.8 second 1000' time still means my car has some balls left If you should put the stock tires on, it should improve to the high 12 second range...I would think...

Yeah, I'll give the Concours a good look. I bet the Northstar power is smooth and all. With Magnaflows on her, she should do well :yup:
