Just updating on the Eibach springs in case anyone was looking into getting them and was wondering what the reliability of the stock shocks was.

ive had them installed for about 25k miles now. not a single issue yet. rides the same as the first week i installed these springs. the drop is very nice. i wouldnt have it any lower (or higher) than where it is now. until an affordable set of coilovers comes out, im fine with these springs.

18 inch rims (forgot the tire diameter but its as close to stock as possible)
235 front tires and 275 rear

its slightly less stable and more harsh in a straight line. you know how cars tend to bounce more on race coilovers in straight line bumps? it has a little bit of that but not enough to really notice it every time. thats the only drawback so far. as far as smoothness, its very close to stock. probably because these springs are progressive.

Thanks, that is helpful. I've had a few cars coilovers but am looking to keep things a bit simpler and more comfortable this time around.
