I have a 03 deville i wanted to know has anyone replace there EBCM if so can you explain ho to remove it and where i can get one for a good price. Next my iam getting the code P0410 for the 2nd air pump i looked by my left wheel and only saw the motor mont sticking out where is the airpump and how do i know if its time to replace it, I check the fuse in the box under the hood and the fuse is good is there another fuse i can check or is thats it, and wheres the cheapest i can get one thanks.

The AIR pump will start to get loud when it begins to fail. To access it you need to remove the lower splash shield as well as the forward splash shield in the wheel house. You'll see it mounted to the sub frame.

See the arrow followed by FRT? That would be inside the wheel house before the splash shield was removed.
