I changed out my head unit therefore the sound from the DVD player does not come through the speakers. I plugged in headphones but still no sound from DVD player. The movie plays. How can this be fixed?

I have the same issue, I believe it has to do with the Bose system and the dvd player connecting to the radio. Check your interface for your head unit and make sure it supports it, I would check that first.

If I am not mistaken it is a programming issues for the RSE U42 option that has to be enabled. Probably the head unit you purchased was from a non-RSE.
