Just bought a 2009 EXT with 25,000, yes, 25,000 actual miles. I have a DVD player/changer in the dash, but no Rear Seat Entertainment System overhead. I do have a black cable coming out of the front console. What is this cable and can I install the RSE in the place of the existing light housing?

That looks like an Apple 29pin connector for the older iPhone or iPad. Is the other end of that cable inside the glove box and plugged into the USB port?

Yea, haven’t seen one of those connection for a while. I cannot locate the other end of the cable nor can I locate a USB port in the glove box, or anywhere else, for that matter.

I wonder if the previous owner put in an integration kit.

My 2010 Premium Luxury has a USB port in the center console. I also have dual screens overhead and RCA line-in inputs on the back of the console.

It's likely possible to put in the screen. I'm sure someone on here has done it.
