Hey guys,
Just wanted to ask....I will be putting a DVD Nav pretty soon. My question is, when I install everything, to use the GPS system, can I just put the Navigation Disk in and it will start working. Or do I have to program or do anything like that to make it work? Sorry guys, this may seem like a very stupid question, but I'm just a rookie in stuff like these!! Thanks in adavnce! :hmm:

First, I hope you don't simply replace your old radio, but rather have read the instructions over at Reeds site:

If you don't do the VSS wire, it won't work. You may need to have the VIN cleared at the dealer with a Tech 2, if it shows a screen that says 'Theftlock Activated'. You should have also installed a GPS antenna, then plug in the map disk. THEN it should work fine.
