Nothing will be "easier" about doing a custom retrofit like that, and your odds of getting it functional are even slimmer. It may be cheaper, yes, but certainly not easier than bolting on OEM parts.

instead of going to all the hassle of retrofitting the rear bumper to get the dual ports, has anyone tried to use these and just cut/fit/adapt them into our regular bumpers? Seems like it might work easier. Just a thought
