Look at the emblem in the grille. If the emblem only has the wreath and is missing the center crest then the grille was designed to be used with night vision (looks like a big hole in the middle of the grille). If you have the center crest there than it does not have night vision.

On the models that have the NightVision, there is also a large, rectangular LCD panel in the top of the dash directly in front of the steering wheel.

When you have some time, take the spare tire cover and write down all the RPO codes listed on the label on the reverse side. A listing of all these GM "RPO codes" is available several places on the internet. An hour's investigation decoding these will tell you more about your car that you might ever know, elsewise.

There's no wreath on the NV grille. It's just a hole. The entire emblem was relocated to the top of the hood. The pics above are not really accurate nor is first reply is not. That NV pic looks like it was added later as there is no emblem on the hood.

If you have NV the control is on the lower left bolster panel and will be labeled Night Vision.

There are 2 controls, a slider for brightness and a toggle switch to move the display higher and lower on the window.

This is what it should look like
