Like the dumbass I am, I just drove home for about 30 miles on the highway doing about 70mph with the gas door open with the gas cap itself hooked on the door holder for the cap. Car ran fine, not sure how I didn’t lose fuel pressure or how the check engine light didn’t turn on but should I be concerned??? Is there something I should expect or look out for? Or did I just get lucky?

Won't affect fuel pressure.

Older cars don't have a fuel tank (air) pressure sensor so no code will be set.

Thanks for the tip, that’s what I figured but I can never be too sure with these quirky cars.
