That's a DeVille I think but they did something with the front end. Except for the rims being a couple inches too small, it looks awesome. :worship:

It looks like they took an 80's Coupe De Ville for starters. Then they put on the front clip from the 90-92 Brougham bodystyle. They threw in some button leather seats and the dash and lower bodyside panels are also from a 90-92. I wonder where they found one for the two passenger doors.

It is creative, but I like to see Cadillacs in their original condition, as the factory intended. I would be afraid to go over a speed bump in that thing. The underbelly might get lodged there.

Definitely an early model. Look at the Auto Climate Control. Its the old dial style instead of the digital one.

I love it, but it's a Brougham Coupe, I believe. Love the rims and the convertible.

Just read the article. It's an '80 Cadillac Coupe DeVille Cabriolet with some newer elements.

That is an le cabriolet with 90 euro clip and mouldings, side mouldings are custom made to fit two doors. This is a very common swap in the lowrider world, and yes that car is beatiful and very rare convertible

FTSS: "What car?"

Exactly. Where are all the women in string bikinis when my car is freshly washed?

Those 80-85 Brougham/deville coupes sure do look nice with the 90-92 clips on them. Whoever did that convertible on the cover of lowrider really did a nice job. I sure wish it sat normal with some of those stock cadillac real wire wheels. Man that would look nice.
