Only the V6 cars had a rear flex coupler / giubo - the V doesn't have a rear couple / giubo, only a front one. The OEM giubo for the CTS-V is SGF GAP01-003, as discussed here. I don't see them on Amazon anymore, but if you search for GAP01-003 you'll find the actual SGF part available on Ebay and elsewhere.
