I’ve got an 02 Cadillac DeVille DTS. I have no power in the driver seat. We thought it was a fuse, checked it and it wasn’t that. We thought it might be the motor and we haven’t ruled that out. However I found this wire and I have no idea where it goes and I can’t find a diagram of wires for the driver seat. I know this wire has power because it touched metal and sparked and the keys were not in the car. Any ideas?? Because I am unsure of this and don’t want to go to a dealer just for a wire problem

Welcome to CF !!!

If no one chimes in shortly you can get your car's complete GM service manuals and wiring schematics with wire sizes and colors in an online subscription to www.alldatadiy.com.

That orange wire is big enough to carry the loads for the seat motor(s). Gonna be a heavy duty connector there somewhere.

Those yellow connectors are for the secondary restraint and air bag systems - be careful !!!
