My drivers seat has suddenly stopped moving in any direction, I can hear a click when I press the buttons but no move. The passengers one works fine, If I put my hand on the big blue module I can feel the click when I press the button. There are no codes, I have checked the connections under the seat as best as I can.
I have also disconnected the battery cables and touched them together for 10 seconds.
Am I correct in assuming the fuse must be ok if the passenger side moves and the drivers side clicks.
(I don't think this is related but my SLS does not have the Memory function but I have put a seat in from an STS which did have the memory function, however this was a while ago and the seat have worked fine all this time.
Any help appreciated

Solved for now. I disconnected and reconnected the multiplig under the seat. Not as easy as it sounds on a seat that won't move. It seems fine now.

Get a multi-year subscription to www.alldatadiy.com. It's the real GM service manuals for your car plus a LOT more.

There's a whole chapter on seats and how to maintain/remove them. It's not a big deal to remove the front seat nuts/bolts and tilt the whole thing back.

"Maintain" ??? Cleaning jackscrews, lubing tracks, wiring checks, etc. Every 2 years.
