Drivers rear tire is pointer on an angle

hello I just saw that on my 1992 Seville 4.9 the tire is pointing abnormal this could me a major problem I have seen a 1994 deville with the same thing is this a complete thing at the dealer or is there a special name for this ??? please assist me as I said before this 92 has alot more problems than my 93 ever had

Not sure what "the tire is pointing abnormal" means, but it sounds like you need a 4 wheel alignment.
