Hello,
I have searched for an answer to this issue and cannot find one. I have seen some replacing the latch, the handle, the fuses. I checked the obvious fuses and all are good. Will changing the latch on the front door fix the back door also? The passenger side front and back door buttons both work.
In the grand scheme the parts don't seem expensive, but how will I know which ones to replace, front or back?
Help a brother out if you can

Thanks

More information is needed; does it exhibit this behaviour with BOTH fobs or just one? If just one, have you replaced the battery in it with a new one? Weak fob batteries can cause issues. Does the fob you're using open the trunk. AND...what year is your XTS?

I for some reason have not received these posts until now! Thanks to all that are responding.
2014 XTS Platinum... Both FOBs (with new batteries) work as they should, unlocking all doors, trunk, roll down all the windos when the unlock is held down etc.
The passenger door handle buttons also work as they should, front and back.
It's the driver side front and back that do not unlock the doors. When I push the button the dashboard lights up but nothing else happens.

As a side note and hopefully unrelated, the Service Leveling and Service Suspension indicators appear when I srat up the vehicle. Maybe time to unload tis vehicle.
Thanks in advance
