Drip Rail Removal

Does anyone know how to remove the drip rail? Need to remove it to re-plasti dip it and this time I want to do it right so it doesn't peel at all. Seems as if you can just yank it off, but I don't want to jack anything up. Please let me know if you know something.

Thanks, but I'm must have called it the wrong part. I'm talking about that chrome trim around the drivers and passenger windows.
