Just as an info item, I replaced mine last year and the trim material had changed, meaning it no longer matched the material at the other 3 doors. It either went from a velvety material to a fabric or vice versa. Can't remember and too lazy to take a look!

 

I believe that the STS-V and STS door seals are different, likely the V style isn't produced any longer and it probably is the same as a platinum STS which is also likely to not be around either.

i just replaced #3 on the diagram over this weekend, along with a new door assembly microswitch in the door because the door wouldn't unlock without a key. That resolved all my issues

 

That's the same number I found for the ebony version. It shows that it is for all D29 cars so it should be the same regardless of trim level (other than colour of course). The parts catalog will be specific if a part only applies to certain vehicles (DX - STS-V, DW - Lefthand Drive, DY - Righthand Drive).
