the lights might be a door switch going bad i don't know for sure considering yours is a 99
and if the radio don't work on acc but works in the run position it may your key switch acting up unless it is the radio going bad don't know if the radio is controlled by the computers of the truck or not mine is worked by the modules of the truck

spray some wd-40 in the key switch to see if it fixs the radio problem before anything else
