I have a 2003 with Nav. It has XM Radio. If it has XM1 and XM2 buttons in the Audio screen, it has XM. You'll be able to tune to channel 0 or 1 and hear the XM sampler.

Do you have the owners' manual for the Nav/Audio system? It will also tell you.

That is indeed a factory navigation radio.
The nav disc is located behind the screen.

To know if the car has XM or not, you look at the very screen that is displayed there.
Down the left hand side it displayed the selectable bands. It should say AM, FM, XM, and I forget the other choices. Sometimes it says WX instead. That is a weather band.
If it doesn't say XM in one of those small blue boxes the car doesn't have it, or it is disconnected.
If you look at the label under the spare tire cover a car that has XM will have option U2K listed on it.

You can get an XM direct kit and install it fairly easily.
I am not 100% sure if it will work with the nav unit but I am pretty sure it will.
You should be able to do some searching on the web.
If you can't find anything I can make some calls.
