Do you let your Catera warm up in the cold mornings?

What's best for the engine, is for it to warm up as fast as possible.
In above freezing weather, get in, start the engine, and just start driving normally (no heavy acceleration). In freezing weather, allowing the engine to idle for 30 seconds to a minute is all the warm up you need.
