Delete All Bluetooth Phones HELP!

I just purchased a 2012 ESV that had 5 phones paired. I am trying to delete all the phones. Only one had a name and it deleted just fine. The other 4 had no name and therefore cannot be spoken to delete. I find no other way in the owners manual to delete phones other than speaking their names to the system. Does anyone know of another way?
