I've used the search tool for this and could not find anything that discussed the possibilities of changing the default volume for Bluetooth. Currently whenever I make a call or receive a call, my speaker volume is set to 30, to me this is very loud when speaking on the phone and I always turn it down to about 18.

Is there any way to set the volume to default to a lower level?

Have you tried turning it down on your phone? I had the opposite issue for playing Pandora. I was having to crank the ATS volume to near 30. I turned it up on the phone while it was streaming and now it plays at the same level as FM radio.

I tried it, unfortunately my volume on the phone was already down to the last two notches... When I pushed it up, the volume went up, but when I set it lower, it just wasn't enough to make a difference. I can't believe Cadillac or GM have not address this in the past 3 years. The small handful of us here cannot be the only people that feel this is an issue and should be resolved.
