I purchased a Escalade at Team Marin alias Park Royale 9/14/2005. Upon buying the SUV they asked me to sign one due bill with items I purchased to be installed on SUV. They then asked me to sign another Due Bill that was handwritten by the Sales Manger with all the other items that were wrong with the vehicle..I asked that they put ALL items totaling more then 10 on 1 Due Bill. They said not to worry, and that they would fix all items on both Due Bills. Well its now 10/5/2005 and they have not scheduled me for appointment to take care of many of the items on either of the Due Bills. I have never heard of "2" different Due Bills on one vehicle purchase that is Typed on one Due Bill, then another hand written. This is a very deceiving way to do business.
