Dealership Dissapointments! Pissed!

So i go in today to get my sub replaced in my car.
They get all skeptical about my extended warranty might not cover it.
So finally they found out it does.
Anyways, the service guy asked me if i want my maintenance done on the car as usual, i was like "sure" then he explains how its gonna be 80 bucks.
Im wondering why i have to pay if i have warranty and i never had to pay before.
He said extended warranty doesnt cover it.
so that was new to me.
so i didnt get it done for 80 fukin bucks.
after the sub was changed i go to sign for it and they try charging me 114.00 for a deductable.
Which i also had no idea about.
The azzhole who sold me the extended warranty decided to not tell me these things, fukin prick.

I also reminded them about my rear bezel to be replaced with a newer version cause i have the 03' one and guys on here said i can get it replaced under warranty and i asked about it when i was under manufacture warranty.
Well when i asked my dealership about it today, they said they needed to look into to it at the time.
My original warranty expired and now its not covered on my extended.
azzholes once again. They never told me that.
They also didn't change my brakes that i was eligible for 1 service before my manufacturer warranty was up because i only had 39k and i didnt need it.
basterds.

Im so pissed.
I talked to the GM and he offered to refund me for the extended warranty which ran me about 2000 bucks.

My car has 39k on it and i take ridiculous care of it and the only time i needed my warranty was for maintance and now that i cant get it, im thinkin about gettin my money back.

It just seems that all those minor things i can get replaced under warranty guys talked about on this site is such a damn mission with my dealership, they try to bullshit their way out of it.

what would you guys do?

maintenance is not covered under warranty.
were you thinking that oil and diff fluid changes are warranty items? brakes aren't warranty either, nor are clutches, air filters, tires, and other "wear" items.

I really dont want to get into this because the bulk of my post would be criticizing you on several things so Ill just let it be.
can any 10" sub fit in place of the factory sub?

Did you read over the warranty before you signed it? It seems things like maintenance not covered and deductable would be stated in whatever you signed. 2 grand is a lot to pay to not know clearly what you are getting.

What exactly did you tell them about your bezel, just that it needs replaced? You have to give them a reason (if it is even covered) to replace it in the first place. I think most of us here that had it replaced had the issue where the grey one fills with water and that is why they replaced it, not because we told them just to do it.
You must not be living right. No, you need to read what you sign. As stated in another post, maint is not covered in extended warr.
Which dealer was it?

And also, the free maintenance is only good for the 4yr/80,000kms. That's not a warranty thing, it's a maintenance program, therefore ext. warranty doesn't cover it.

You also probably bought a $100 deductible extended warranty.
Because i was not the original owner, i can only get the extended warranty with the $100 deductible.
and for everyone who tells me to read before i sign, the guy explained everything to me as if the extended warranty was going to be like the original.
I took his word for it.
Well, you learned a lesson there. Don't take their word for it. Especially car salesmen!

Take the money. That is a generous offer and now that you know the terms and are unhappy you can get your money back. You got off EZ due to GMs customer relations. Next time you might not be so lucky.
