He is saying the V2 with only a sunroof is 57K, used, with 7K miles. Sticker on that car new is $61,550. That seems a bit high to me, miles and all. I am assuming you are dealing with Cross Roads (I grew up in Joplin and purchased a few cars from them). I think you can do better...


I have gotten deals from them in the past (07 LTZ Avalanche for 10K below sticker on the first one they got in stock) but I had to work for it. Keep at it and see what you can get.

If you are ready to buy and considering paying 57k, why not just buy brand new?
I'm waiting until summer 2010 for a used one.

If you are talking about a V, why buy a used one at that price?

You can buy a loaded, new V for $2K more.

What's the history of the car? A trade-in or demo? Wonder if it was flogged hard by the previous owner. :rice:

I'd either wait for the 2010s to roll out so you'll see a true used value on the 09s, or preferably buy a new one...

thats what i thought. seemed high to me. sorry for the confusing text i was talking about the v2 not a sunroof on a z. dealer called me back today and came down to 56500. zexnos, crossroads dealer traded their only v. i was dealing with thompson auto sales in springfield. thanks for all of the input.

Seems high to me. BTW I have an 08 Z06 and an 09 V2 on order. If it is just the wife and I we'll take
the Vette. If we have to take someone with us, will use the V. Almost like having a 4 door Vette!

Thanks again, i emailed scott to inquire about a new v. This forum once again is a big help. Now trying to figure the gms thing out. Found some good posts here.
